How long does it take to get my new countertops?
In most cases, the project will take from 7-10 days after all selections have been made. This can be cut to 3-5 days in some cases.
Do I need to be at home at the time of templating?
Yes. Someone who has the authority to make decisions will need to be on-site. Several questions will need to be answered such as seam placement, overhangs, etc.

- Final pricing is based on actual field dimension and on-site conditions.
- All sinks and faucets need to be purchased and onsite at template.
- Everything must be removed from the existing countertops in order to get the template completed.
- Cabinets should be fully installed and level at template.
Will the sample of natural stone that I received be the same color as the countertops I get?
We suggest choosing the color in person due to the different characteristics of natural stone.
